Access to authenticity analyses through out global network:
- Comprehensive and rapid screening procedures for testing mono-fruit juices using 1H-NMR
- Detection of added exogenous compounds such as sugar, water, organic acids and vitamin C by measuring stable isotope ratios
- Authenticity control of flavours by coupling gas chromatography with mass spectrometry (MDGC-MS)
- Monitoring for compliance with quality standards and authenticity criteria as outlined in the AIJN Code of Practice
- Verification of origin (geographical and/or botanical)
