Your Competence Centre for organic contaminants

Eurofins WEJ Contaminants GmbH in Germany is the Eurofins Food & Feed Testing competence centre for the analysis of organic contaminants. Our experts have long standing experience in the analysis of mineral oils from food matrices. A new online-HPLC-GC technique enables the separate quantification of MOSH/POSH/PAO and MOAH within one chromatographic run. An additional LC-GC-MS method allows for the qualitative characterisation of the mineral oil hydrocarbons, making it possible to determine the source of contamination.
