The centre of excellence for the analysis of organic contaminants within the Eurofins Food & Feed Testing network of laboratories, with its team of experts, has many years’ experience in analysing mineral oils in food. With high-capacity online LC-GC-FID, LC-GC-MS and GCxGC-ToFMS/FID systems, we have all the technical capabilities required to reliably assess mineral oil contamination in foodstuffs. An extremely broad range of matrix expertise, combined with many years’ know-how in the interpretation and evaluation of analytical data, rounds off the profile of our centre of excellence.
