5 easy steps for dietary supplement compliance verification

1. Select Eurofins as Your Lab of Choice

We are here as your third-party Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) organization to support you every step of the way. To get started with your testing, simply go to the Manage Your Compliance (MYC) page in Amazon Seller Central and select Eurofins as your lab service provider.

2. Partner with Your Dedicated Client Services Specialist

Your dedicated Client Services Specialist will reach out promptly to guide you through the process from start to finish. They will be there to answer questions and are your main point of contact for all your testing needs.  

3. Product Testing and Certification

Our state-of-the-art ISO 17025 accredited laboratories conduct testing using scientifically valid methods per dietary supplement GMPs. Our methods are aligned with many internationally recognized compendial methods that provide confidence in test results. Rest assured knowing your testing is tailored to your product and complies with Amazon’s Dietary Supplements Policy. Upon completion of testing a full certification review will be conducted based on GMP certification, content claims, label review, adulterant test review, microbiology test review, and pass/fail result will be reported for the product.

4. Receive Results

Receive your final Certificate of Analysis (CoA) promptly upon completion of review. The Eurofins laboratory also uploads the necessary information for Amazon to determine compliance with Amazon's Dietary Supplements Policy.

5. Sell Your Product with Confidence

With a “Pass” result you have verified compliance against Amazon's Dietary Supplements Policy. This will provide confidence in the safety and reliability of the product your customers are expecting.
