Our ISO 17025-accredited microbiology laboratories use state-of-the-art phenotypic (biochemical, serological, MALDI-TOF) and genotypic methods (16S sequencing) to identify and type microbial isolates recovered during testing. Advanced isolate information and strain characterization are useful to solve persistent spoilage or pathogen problems within facilities and to fine-tune supplier verification programs. Additionally, we have the capability to leverage Sanger sequencing, Next Generation Sequencing, Whole Genome Sequencing, PCR-FLA, and STR genotyping. Custom oligonucleotide manufacturing is available as well.
