Arrangement for the implementation of Conformity Assessment System on the Restriction of the Use of the Hazardous Substance in Electrical and Electronic products
On May 16th 2019, The departments of State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of china(MIIT) have recently enacted and issued “the Arrangement for the implementation of Conformity Assessment System on the Restriction of the Use of the Hazardous Substance in Electrical and Electronic products” (the Implementation Arrangement) which will take effect from November 1st, 2019.
Due to “the Implementation Arrangement”, the products listed in "The Standard Management Catalogue of Limiting the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) (first batch)" shall meet these requirements.
