Amending Annex XVII to REACH Regulation
On 14th December 2021, the European Union (EU) published Regulation (EU) No 2021/2204 with an amendment to, Annex XVII of REACH as regards carcinogenic, mutagenic or reproductive toxicant (CMR) substances, which entered in force on 3rd January 2022.
Below is a summary of this amendment:
