Environment monitoring and analysis training programme

Eurofins Environment Testing India is passionate about organising training programmes that promote awareness and understanding of environmental issues. The environmental monitoring and analysis training programme is designed for professionals who want to strengthen their skills in environmental monitoring, assessment, and analysis, with a focus on environmental quality, workplace and public health, regulatory compliance, and environmental safety.

We provide you with a structure to create an environmental management system (EMS). We teach all the techniques for carrying out the sampling of water, soil and air, and explain the importance of meeting the requirements of related national and international standards.

Aim

The objective of the training programme is to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge of environmental management practices, enabling them to identify environmental risks, understand regulatory requirements, and implement effective strategies and policies. The programme equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed to determine what aspects of an organisation’s operations need to be managed and how they can be managed effectively to minimise environmental impact.

The training explains the role of an environmental management system (EMS) within an organisation and introduces effective methods for carrying out production activities while minimising harmful impacts on the environment. This will enhance participants’ ability to develop practical and effective solutions to environmental challenges.

6-day training module

Day 1

Introduction to various environmental monitoring and sampling activities and their related test methods, along with the purpose of conducting these activities.

Day 2

Air monitoring techniques (ambient air and indoor air) and the application of related equipment.

Day 3

Ambient noise monitoring, machine noise monitoring, and stack emission monitoring, along with the application of related equipment.

Day 4

Analysis of air monitoring and stack monitoring samples.

Day 5

Sampling and analysis of ground water and drinking water.

Day 6

Sampling and analysis of wastewater and soil.

Minimum eligibility required: Diploma or a graduate degree in science, or currently pursuing a qualification in a related field.
