Our Research & Development (R&D) department develops new analytical methods both independently and on request. As a result, the portfolio of analyses we can offer to the market is continuously expanding.
When you have a request for an exceptional and highly specific analysis, Eurofins is one of the few organizations in the Netherlands able to carry out tailor‑made research for you. This may, for example, involve an unusual sample matrix, a specific amount of sample material, target components to be determined, or non‑standard reporting limits.
In consultation with your regular contact person, our R&D department and laboratory management assess the request and draw up a plan of approach to carry out the specialized research. For this customized work, we have specialized experts and a highly well‑equipped R&D laboratory at our disposal.
Based on developments in the market, several analyses have been established for which demand has increased significantly. Examples include PFAS, microplastics, drug analysis, and pesticides.
