Micro’s new Bruker MALDI speeds organism identification with database of 10,000 bacteria and yeast organism entries

Rapid full organism identification testing has been increasingly in demand, and Eurofins BPT has expanded our services to continually meet clients’ needs. Eurofins BPT has added the Bruker MALDI Biotyper Sinus HT (High Throughput) instrument, increasing our capabilities for this service offering. This instrument offers an updated database that includes over 10,000 different entries of bacteria and yeast organisms. In addition, the Bruker MALDI offers improved efficiency, allowing increased throughput, improving our ability to support client timelines. Ultimately, the new MALDI biotyper instrument will offer the ability to obtain an organism identification rapidly, with the level of quality and confidence you have come to expect from Eurofins.
