How to resuspend siMAX siRNA duplex
Preparation
Dilution buffer prepared with RNAse-free solutions under the strict compliance guidelines.
Rehydration
Add siRNA dilution buffer as recommended.
Heating
Heat the tube to 90°C for 60-90 seconds.
Incubation
Incubate at 37°C for at least one hour.
Storage
Store unused stock solution as detailed in the instructions.
