DNA is the language of life. Eurofins Genomics specialises in reading and writing DNA. Writing DNA involves pairing the letters of life together into a sequence, which is designed for a specific purpose. The synthesised sequence is called an oligonucleotide if single-stranded or a gene if double-stranded. Reading DNA revolves around sequencing, a process of decoding the sequence of a sample. This process results in an electronic readout of the sample's contents.

Our next generation sequencing (NGS) projects are delivered using the advanced Illumina NextSeq500 platform, HiSeq2500, MiSeq, and PacBio sequel with high-performance computational infrastructure.
