Meet the speakers

 

Andreas Grabitz

Global Packaging Compliance Manager, Eurofins Consumer Product Testing

Andreas has been working for Eurofins since 2005 and have exclusively dealt with packaging in this time in different roles. He started as Head of the Lab, changed to customer service, were sales rep for a couple of years, led the business unit of packaging testing for 4.5 years and being a Global Packaging Consultant nowadays. End of the year, he will celebrate his 20th anniversary in Eurofins.

Elizabeth Eaves

Lead Sustainability Engineer, Quality & Compliance EMEA, Mattel

Elizabeth Eaves was born and raised in South-West England and holds both an MSci degree in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham (UK) and a PhD in Polymer Science and Engineering from the University of Manchester (UK). After 5 years spent developing and commercializing bio-based plastics, Elizabeth joined Mattel in 2021 where she is responsible for the quality, product safety and regulatory compliance aspects of Mattel’s sustainability journey.

Josh Chaloner

GPA Manager, Policy & Global Engagement, the LEGO Group

Josh is the circularity policy lead at the LEGO Group, focusing on challenges around materials, end-of-life, packaging and licensing. He previously worked as the company’s UK public affairs lead.

Prior to joining the LEGO Group, Josh worked at a number of leading London public affairs and communications consultancies, supporting major brands like Apple, Wimbledon, Heathrow Airport, Chelsea Football Club and eBay.

Matteo Vezzosi

Executive Director, Asia Toy & Play Association (ATPA)

Matteo is the Executive Director of the Asia Toy & Play Association, based in the HQ in Singapore. He manages the day-to-day operations, leads the advocacy and lobbying activities and the overall development of the organization – including the business services and working groups. He is actively contributing to the re-shaping of the toy industry in Asia engaging with key stakeholders and thought leaders in the region.
