Our Eurofins ATS Aix en Provence lab operates as a Notified Body for CE marking of a wide range of toy products. Our Notified Body will be able to carry out tasks related to conformity assessment procedures set out in the European Toys Safety Directive 2009/48/EC, when a third party is required.

The UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) mark is required for certain toys being placed on the market in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland). It covers most toys that previously required the CE mark.
