Eurofins Accepted by CPSC to Perform Testing in India for CSU Stability per 16 CFR 1261

Eurofins Modern Testing Services (India) Private Ltd is delighted to announce that it has been accepted by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) to perform testing for Clothing Storage Units (CSU) stability per 16 CFR 1261.

In doing so, it becomes one of the first laboratories in India approved by the CPSC for this test, building on the Eurofins Toys and Hardlines network’s existing CPSC testing approval in Indonesia, Vietnam and the United States. This allows us to offer robust and unparalleled service to our furniture industry customers.

As of 1 September 2023, all CSU manufactured or imported for use in the United States are subject to the requirements of this part.
