Dioxins, furans and PCBs in food – new EU regulations

The revision of the maximum levels for the environmental pollutants dioxins/furans and dioxin-like PCBs as well as the introduction of limits for non-dioxin-like PCBs in various foodstuffs, came into force on January 1^st, 2012.
