Customers can book this special service as short as two working days in advance, allowing maximum flexibility in operations at factories and at buyer’s sides.

Upon confirmation from our team, representatives from the factory will be guided and supervised by Eurofins Assurance representatives to carry out sampling per buyer’s inspection requirement and instructions. Eurofins Assurance branded materials will be sent to the factory to seal selected samples, which will be delivered to the designated Eurofins Assurance office for normal quality check, or to customers’ designated lab for product testing.

In the case of Remote witnessing service for entire goods inspection, factory’s representatives will be guided virtually through the whole inspection processes, including opening meeting, factory and shipment information verification, sample picking, workmanship assessment, product measurement, on-site test and closing meeting.

Photos of defects and other critical information will be recorded duly in the reporting. The remote witnessing sessions are closely monitored by our teams to assure quality delivery of our service.
