Our commitment
- Total impartiality: We have implemented rigorous mechanisms to prevent and manage conflicts of interest, ensuring that our decisions are based solely on objective evidence. Our mandatory disclosure policy requiring all staff members and subcontractors to report any potential conflicts of interest. We conduct risk assessments of potential conflict of interests in order to implement appropriate mitigation measures and corrections wherever necessary. Our Compliance Department verifies the robustness of the system for each certification body within Eurofins Assurance Audit and Certification Services US, LLC and conduct independent investigations when an incident is reported.
- Guaranteed confidentiality: All information provided by our clients is strictly protected. Our teams sign confidentiality agreements to ensure that your information is used only in the context of certification.

If you want to validate food safety certificates issued by Eurofins Assurance Audit and Certification Services US, LLC, you can submit your requests to us via email by providing the certificate(s) concerned, certification standard(s) involved and name(s) of certificate holder(s).
Verification will be conducted as soon as possible.
Please note that Eurofins Food Assurance Certification is exclusively responsible for audits, certification, and related assurance services. We do not process inquiries or complaints regarding laboratory analysis reports (including food, medical, environmental, and other testing). For any questions about laboratory results, please contact the issuing laboratory directly.
Our certification activities are provided by independent Certification Bodies, separately from any consulting activities. Impartiality is safeguarded by Eurofins Assurance’s relevant policies to avoid conflicts of interest.
