About the Course:
This course will teach the principle aspects of the FSMA Final Rule on Requirements for Additional Traceability Records for Certain Foods.

  • Learn about the Food Traceability List, the exemptions and tools to understand compliance needs
  • Review lot code traceability and recordkeeping requirements for the entire supply chain, including the Food Traceability Plan
