Ruhrtal Engel Association - Witten, Germany

The Ruhrtal Engel Association was founded in 2007 and has so far involved two dozen volunteers in addition to the 10 founding members. Ruhrtal Engel is committed to providing low-income children and particularly young people with the opportunity to eat a balanced, healthy diet free of charge.

Furthermore, the Ruhrtal Engel Association regularly offers primary school children in Annen the opportunity to take part in free cooking classes.

The association also offers homework supervision and spaces for play to children in need. Other activities of the association are Christmas wish campaigns and an open-air Christmas dinner.
