Eurofins Athens Analysis Laboratories is a private independent laboratory, which offers reliable and impartial testing services of food, water, cosmetics, medicines, dietary supplements and environmental samples, contributing to the safety of the products and the protection of public health.
The Athens Analysis Laboratories was established in 1988 as a new step in the long family tradition of the founders, who served in the field of Public Health and Hygiene since 1951.
Our company has become part of the Eurofins Scientific Group as of 15.06.2022
Our company offers complete services that include accredited microbiological, chemical, and molecular analyses and studies according to international standards, the national and EU legislation.

Eurofins Athens Analysis laboratories is accredited by the Hellenic Accreditation System according to the standard EN ISO/IEC 17025, as testing laboratory for microbiological, chemical, biological, physical and sensory testing of food and water and as a sampling laboratory for water and surfaces (Accreditation Certificate No. 102, www.esyd.gr).

GMP
The company is licensed to conduct testing in pharmaceuticals intended for human and animal use, in cosmetics and dietary supplements. The license and the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certificate is issued by the National Organization for Medicines (www.eof.gr).
GLP
Our laboratory unit is organized and operates according to the requirements and principles of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and, since 28.02.2022, it is the first and sole laboratory unit in Greece that holds a GLP compliance certificate, issued by the General Chemical State Laboratory of Greece, and it is licensed to conduct analyses for determination of residuals and contaminants.
