Like other retailers, Amazon has increasingly tightened quality policies for products sold on its platform. These changes can be understood in the context of greater retailer alignment around quality standards for some consumables product categories. Sellers of dietary supplements and over-the-counter drugs (OTC drugs) have experienced these policy updates as a requirement to submit evidence of GMP certification by approved third-party services providers.

As an Amazon-approved Testing, Inspection, and certification (TIC) provider, we invite anyone keen to get an overview of the programme and navigating compliance to join us on 24 September at 3:00pm CEST. Our GMP Certification expert Brandi Reinbold will guide you through:

  • Recent history of Amazon dietary supplements and OTC policy updates
  • Definition of dietary supplements and OTC drugs
  • Strategies on GMP compliance for multiple markets
  • GMP certification requirements and underlying principles
  • Certificate validation process and timeline
  • Steps to take if you need to update your certification

Join the session to help avoid potential disruption to your product listings! Recording will be made available to all registrants.
