Eurofins Consumer Products Assurance (CPA) is pleased to announce that, processed as Eurofins Group membership, it has become a Full APSCA Member Firm as of 21 August 2020, and a Sedex Affiliate Audit Company as of 26 August 2020, showcasing its industry-wide commitment to offering more comprehensive solutions to its global customers.
After completing the application and evaluation process, Eurofins became a Provisional Member Firm of the Association of Professional Social Compliance Auditors (APSCA) last November and is proud to move to Full Member Firm status having completed the remaining elements of the firm approval process. APSCA is an industry association which promotes the professionalism, consistency and credibility of individuals and organisations in the independent social compliance audit field. The award of Full Member Firm status demonstrates Eurofins’ high level of integrity and quality in this field.
Eurofins has also been approved as a Sedex Affiliate Audit Company (AAC), allowing Eurofins to provide SEDEX Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA) services. Sedex is a global membership organisation dedicated to driving improvements in ethical and responsible business practices in global supply chains. Buyers and suppliers can now leverage the Eurofins network to conduct SMETA audits, in order to achieve their social compliance and ethical goals.
