• pTau181 is a minimally invasive blood test.
• Targeted for use during the assessment of patients with cognitive decline before the onset of Alzheimer’s disease symptoms.
• Aimed at patients aged 55 to 80 years old with subjective cognitive decline, non-specific cognitive impairment, or suspected mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and for patients undergoing evaluation for Alzheimer’s disease where amyloid pathology needs to be ruled out early.
