Webinar | Decoding Microplastics Regulations and Technical Insight: Analytical Solutions for Sustainable Practices
Microplastics are ubiquitous on our planet. These tiny, solid plastic particles, composed of various polymer blends and functional additives, exhibit high resistance to degradation. They can form unintentionally or be deliberately added to products for specific purposes, posing potential harm to ecosystems and human health.
Therefore, it is crucial to mitigate their pollution and to familiarize oneself with key regulations (European, Asian, American, and Australian) that establish standards for measuring microplastics in cosmetics and packaging.
Eurofins Cosmetics & Personal Care is committed to assisting you in making informed decisions regarding your material choices and implementing preventive measures against microplastic pollution. We offer assessments and validation services for recycled content usage, as well as biodegradability and disintegration tests.
