P‑CaCl₂ or P‑PAE
Definition
P-CaCl2 is the result of determining the amount of phosphate available to the plant, using P‑CaCl₂ (a light salt). P‑CaCl₂ (or P-PAE) indicates how much phosphate is directly available to the crop.
The laboratory result is given in mg P/kg. The unit of measurement is usually kg P/ha.
