Beth DiPaolo, Global Head of Professional Scientific Services, PSS Insourcing Solutions®, has been serving the biopharmaceutical, environment, food, medical device, and product testing industries since 1987.
Beth launched Eurofins Professional Scientific Services Insourcing Solutions (PSS)® in 2002 and expanded services throughout North America, Europe, and Asia PAC. Beth’s strategic vision, servanthood leadership, and superlative client service fueled significant growth as a recognized leader in managed scientific services earning 16 strategic client partner awards over 25 years of operations globally.
Beth is driven by a passion to build on PSS’s strong foundation of finding great people, taking great care of them, so they in turn will take great care of our clients, resulting in trusted strategic partnerships. She is committed to motivating and empowering an engaged workforce to be their very best and delivering the highest level of operational service excellence and optimizing laboratory services.
