How it works

Our Inspection Studio, also commonly known as Inspection Platform, is similar to normal on-site inspections but conducted at your designated warehouse instead of at the factory.

Booking lead time can be as short as just one working day prior to inspection, and inspection starts once the shipment arrives at the warehouse. Seasoned packers will quickly pick out cartons and products according to the sampling plan, followed by final product inspection by skillful inspectors according to the inspection specifications.

Within half a working day, inspection is complete and reporting will follow right away, providing you with even quicker reporting for shipment approval.

To make your life easier, the whole garment inspection platform is managed by Eurofins Consumer Product Assurance, without any additional cost.

In addition to swift product inspection at the inspection centre, fundamental product quality and safety testing such as needle detection, appearance and colourfastness in washing and rubbing can be set up, further ensuring compliance with requirements before the products reach retail racks.
