Eurofins Agroscience Regulatory (EAR) Remote Support provides a dedicated project manager, integrated into an external team for a specific period.

Based on client requirements, the project manager will use existing in-house systems, SOPs, and methods, ensuring full alignment with existing processes. This approach creates a clear separation from EAR procedures, allowing the project manager to function as a fully integrated member of an external team.

Key Features:

  • Integration: EAR’s project manager becomes an integral part of the team, improving communication and alignment
  • Flexibility: Availability is tailored to the project needs. Dedicated to the project for a set period, EAR’s project manager will support a team as necessary e.g. temporary replacement of expertise during periods of leave, customized arrangements etc.
  • Communication: Existing systems and processes will be used to ensure smooth collaboration
Confidentiality, Security and Ethics: Strict adherence to data security protocols. EAR guarantees ethical behaviour in all aspects, including contracting for studies and other consultancy projects.
  • Efficiency: Streamlined processes and reduced onboarding time as the project manager is already familiar with the existing systems and methods.
  • Costs: The project manager is not co-employed but can be deployed or removed as needed. Resource allocation can be optimised and operational costs reduced.

The service scope includes:

  • Crop Nutrition (Fertilisers, Biostimulants, others):

Regulatory strategies and advice for biostimulants and fertilizing products, product pre-assessment according to national and EU frameworks, technical training supporting in-house knowledge development, label preparation, definition of data to be generated, dossier preparation, submission support, contracting with labs and field stations, discussions with regulatory authorities (EU Member States) and third parties.

  • Crop Protection (Agrochemicals, Biologicals):
