GLP and GEP accreditation renewal for EAS in France

Recently, three delegations of COFRAC, the French official accreditation committee, visited our facilities in France: our GLP Residue and Food Processing laboratory in Vergèze near Montpellier, our GLP Ecotoxicology station in Fourcès, as well as a number of field stations for a GEP evaluation.

In total, COFRAC teams spent twelve days visiting our sites, inspecting our technical facilities and equipment, our processes and documentation for safety and efficacy studies. They acknowledged the full compliance of our GLP and GEP activities in France and we are proud to share that they complimented us for our quality level and for the professionalism of our staff.

The OECD Principles of GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) are applied to all non-clinical laboratory studies concerning health and the environment. GEP (Good Experimental Practice) is a European standard to ensure high quality field efficacy testing. Being GLP and GEP compliant not only means that the reliability, integrity and quality of study data are guaranteed, but also that studies can be recognized internationally without the need to reproduce them.
