Medical review officer

We offer an independent medical review service providing a confidential review of positive results by qualified Medical Review Officers (MROs).

The role of the MRO is to review and interpret laboratory results obtained through a drug and alcohol testing programme in conjunction with the individuals’ medical history and any other relevant information, such as dietary intake.

The MRO process protects both the individual and the organisation from the risk of wrongful accusations and is a requirement in certain industry specific standards and best practice guidelines.
