Food safety training and courses

Food safety training is crucial for anyone in the food industry. The food safety courses by Eurofins Assurance UK cover various highly relevant subjects and are very popular among practitioners within the food industry.

As the leading food safety GFSI-recognised standard in UK, a series of BRCGS courses is available to drive auditor and general staff knowledge. See training calendar for details.

To aid learning progression, we have designed the courses into two levels

  • Basic food labelling – half-day: This course will provide an introduction to the legal requirements for labelling food products in the UK under FIR and to the law on compositional standards for food products.
  • Advanced food labelling – 1 day: This course will provide an in depth look at the legal requirements for labelling food products in the UK and to the law on compositional standards for food products.

Microbiology in food is critical for food safety and quality as microorganisms in food could lead to food spoilage and pathogens, causing significant health risks to consumers. Together with microbiologists from Eurofins Food & Feed Testing teams in the UK, we offer different training around this important topic. See training calendar for details.
