To maintain the impartiality and confidentiality of the laboratory activities, we hereby declare that:

The company responsible for the impartiality:

1.    The company management and all staff promise to comply with the national laws and regulations, follow the principle of objectivity, independence, fairness, honesty and trustworthiness, observe professional ethics and bear social liabilities when engaging in testing activities.

2.    The company management promise not to interfere with the implementation of the testing work by any financial or administrative pressure.

3.    The laboratory and its personnel shall not have any interest relationship with their testing activities and the results.

4.    The laboratory and its personnel shall not participate in any activities that impair the independence and integrity of testing and judgment. 

5.    The laboratory and its personnel shall not participate in the design, development, production, supply, installation, use or maintenance of product which related to the testing project or similar competitive project. 

6.    All employees shall conduct marketing activities in an honest, non-deceptive and non-misleading manner in accordance with relevant laws. 

The company responsible for the confidentiality:

1.    The testing personnel are loyal to their duties, do not accept bribes, and strictly keep secrets for customers, including state secrets, trade and technical secrets. The laboratory does not use enterprise standards or other intellectual works without the permission of the entrusting party, protect the customers` rights, protect the ownership and patent rights of customers from infringement.

2.    The company shall take effective measures to bind all personnel related to the organization through the terms of the contract and keep confidential of all information obtained or generated in laboratory activities, except as required by law.

3.     If there is a need to disclose certain information, the laboratory promises to inform the customer first, unless prohibited by law.

In case of any complaint or economic compensation caused by the violation of the above commitments, the company shall bear the legal liability arising therefrom.
