The Expertise Centre CCC (Eurofins Food, Feed & Water Testing The Netherlands) is proud to announce the availability of a new rapid and low cost method for the analyses of sugars for food and feed products and labeling purposes.
The method is based on the Eurofins best practice method and ISO/CD 22184 & IDF/WD 244 and can be ordered with the test code HEC3S (food products) or HEC3T (feed products).
Correct nutrition labeling of total sugars in products is mandatory from EC legislation (EU No. 1169/2011), and other authorities like FDA.
The new tests are especially of interest for buyers, retailers, food, pet food and feed producers, and many more.
