Senior Recruitment Researcher - France


Position & Objectives:        

  • Delivering senior searches by creating sourcing strategy by using databases, on-line tools, direct approach (cold calling, blind calling) and Eurofins ATS
  • Conducting thorough market research to navigate key companies and build accurate pipeline
  • Identification of candidates, across sectors, qualification and communication with candidates during the assignment
  • Sourcing, screening, and assessing active and passive candidates
  • Approach suitable candidates for screening purposes and qualify against agreed competencies and criteria for each project (phone and video interviews)
  • Able to gain candidate referrals from senior individuals
  • Publishing advertisements and screening ad responses
  • Balancing deadlines and deliverables for multiple searches at one time
  • Coordinate meetings/interviews between candidates and internal clients
  • Maintaining data quality and accuracy on the company’s internal database
  • Participate in update meetings with the internal client

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Master degree is preferable
  • Recruitment and interviewing skills
  • Strong communications skills (written and verbally)

  • Networker to identify outstanding candidates
  • Fluent in English
