International Recruiter

 

As an International Recruiter, you will be in charge of driving the recruitment process and act as a single point of contact with the hiring leaders and candidates. In order to find the best talents, you will mainly use direct sourcing with the help of our team of Researchers.

Position & objectives:

  • Be responsible for the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment cycle from A-Z of the Group Senior Profiles in Europe
  • Lead local and remote Recruitment Researchers to generate ideas, leverage existing resources (Eurofins ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter suite, social media, databases and any other open sources) and share information that facilitates an effective sourcing and candidate attraction strategy        
  • Act as Single Point of Contact for the Senior Leadership and work closely with the Heads of the different International Divisions and International Business Lines
  • Define recruiting strategies and build a talent pipeline, proactively identify and search for the best candidates 
  • Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Managers Team in sharing, improving processes and implementing recruitment best practices
  • Balancing deadlines and deliverables for multiple searches at one time
  • Participate in update meetings with the internal client

 

 Qualification & experience required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting for corporate or agency, ideally mid to senior level positions
  • Expertise in candidate sourcing using different tools (such as: job boards, LinkedIn recruiter, social media, personal network…)
  • Strong communications skills (written and verbally)
  • Eager learner
  • Strong organizations skills
  • Accurate and detail oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
  • A Master degree is preferable
