2025 Professional Equality

Gender Equality Index

This year, our company achieved a good score of 82 out of a possible 85 points on the Gender Equality Index.

This result reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a fair and inclusive working environment.

Although some indicators could not be calculated, the available data demonstrates a solid and consistent dynamic in terms of pay equality, career progression and representation. We will continue our efforts to further strengthen these achievements and maintain a high level of ambition in support of gender equality.
