Appropriate training and development is a fundamental means of improving personal efficiency and effectiveness, and increasing job satisfaction and motivation. Our training policy aims to create an appropriate framework to ensure that staff can develop the appropriate types and levels of technical skills and personal aptitudes to achieve performance excellence in their roles.
Due to the highly specialised, technical nature of our work specific measures are in place to ensure that training and development is available to all job holders, at all levels, as appropriate to their respective roles.
EAS is committed to developing skills, knowledge and experience of its staff and to identify good practice and enhance organizational flexibility.
