News

The European Court in a decision of 10 September 2015 (case C-106/14) decided that a separate notification should be submitted to ECHA for each article that makes up a complex product, when more than 0.1% of the weight of this article was made up of a SVHC. Therefore several notifications are required for some complex products. More details are explained on the website of Construction Products Europe.

European Chemical Agency ECHA made available presentations that address the key issues of REACH and CLP affecting downstream users.
