DNA Sequencing
Using state-of-the-art technology Eurofins Pharma Services are able to provide high quality sequencing services in industry leading turn-around times. Our genomic network has an international standing for sequencing projects of all sizes, from single reads delivered in a 24-30 hour turn-around time to the sequencing of complete genomes. The highly automated sequencing departments operate from three production sites in Europe, the US, and Asia, supported by a sophisticated team of bioinformatic experts. Our expertise and technology allows us to offer fast and efficient solutions for a wide range of applications such as transcriptom analysis, de novo sequencing, comparative sequencing and re-sequencing of genomes.
Synthesis of DNA and siRNA Oligonucleotides

With Eurofins MWG Operon we operate fully automated labs in Europe, the US, and Asia for producing highly purified and salt-free synthetic nucleic acids. The Company also offers HPLC and HYPUR purification options for unmodified oligos, quantitative PCR probes, modified oligonucleotides and siRNA.

We provide gene synthesis services for standard genes, complex genes or gene libraries in a most sophisticated and streamlined process by utilising Eurofins MWG Operon’s in-house oligonucleotide production and sequencing services for quality control and unique software tools for gene optimisation.
Fast and convenient eCommerce service
Eurofins MWG Operon's fully integrated Ecom platform is one of the most advanced ecommerce systems in the industry for easy and convenient ordering of oligos, gene synthesis, siRNA and sequencing services. In addition, customers can utilize the integrated bioinformatics tools to design primers, dual labelled probes and siRNA or to verify the GC content, molecular weight, and TM of their oligonucleotide sequences. PHRED quality reports and BLAST analysis options are also available. All oligonucleotide orders can be tracked with the Ecom system without any paperwork via a unique barcode system. Sophisticated services like the EVOcard system for pre-payment services and administrative support or prepaid barcode labels provide further convenience and ease of use to our customers.
