Draft LEED® v4
LEED®,
the US originated rating system for sustainable buildings, is
requested by more and more building planners in the USA and in
Europe and at the Gulf.
LEED v4, out for ballot in June 2013
Ballot on LEED version 4 is planned for 2013

LEED projects will be encouraged to use the changed credits in pilot projects. But existing LEED 2009 rating will be available for LEED certification of sustainable buildings for some years.
Schedule is:
- March 1 - March 31: Sixth Public Comment Period, covering only very few credits with significant changes
- June 1, 2013: Membership ballot starting
Changes regarding products
Regarding properties of products, some relevant new content is:
- Use of interior products with low VOC emissions
- Chemicals of concern
Both of these credits experienced some significant changes that can be seen when clicking the above links.
