With various Sensory Labs based in France, Eurofins has a rich experience of Sensory Analysis in Europe. The new Sensory Lab in Shanghai specializes in connecting the best of both worlds and enables you to adapt your products to the local Chinese market.

The Shanghai team is led by Mr. Song Sheng, Eurofins Sensory Analysis Associate Director who studied at the University of Burgundy in France. The lab is specialized in consumer and product research, analysis, evaluation and consultancy in the food and beverage industry.
