Talent Acquisition Manager

Summary of position and objectives:

To assist the Group’s Operating Council (GOC) & International Division (ID) and International Business Line (IBL) Leaders on ensuring that Eurofins businesses have the right Leadership on board to achieve their and the Groups Goals.

Position & objectives:

  •  Be responsible for the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment cycle from A-Z (from draft of Position Description up to signature of the Offer Letter) of the Group Senior Profiles in Europe;
  • Act as Single Point of Contact for the Senior Leadership and work closely with the Heads of the different International Divisions (IDs) and International Business Lines (IBLs) to define recruiting strategies in order to recruit the Top Talent in their scopes in Europe, ranging from High Potentials, to BUMA and BU cluster Leaders, to Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President Positions;
  • Build a talent pipeline and proactively identify and search for the best candidates; develop different recruitment channels through social media, career platforms, LinkedIn, but also in collaboration with trusted Recruiters and Headhunters;
  • Employer branding:  analyse the best way of increasing the candidate traffic via LinkedIn, Xing, careers websites, career platforms, referrals, etc;
  • Maintain and improve the Eurofins Career page on open non confidential Positions;
  • Develop a collaboration program (internships, Eurofins Presentations)  with top Engineer and BusinessSchools in Europe;
  • Collaborate with the TAM Team in sharing, improving processes and implementing best practices.
  • Supporting the development programs aimed at developing Leaders, including :
    a) Putting the leadership charter into practice.
    b) Providing / sharing examples of training programs to leadership and to financial and other management skills

Other assignments:

  • Supporting the improvement of the interviewing process, i.e. :
    a) Benchmarking and further developing standard interview guidelines and forms. Keeping them up to date.
    b) Developing together with the Group HR Manager a Business Case and new testing / assessments for potential candidates.
  • Define recruitment Standards and propose training for newcomers at Eurofins (eg selling Eurofins USP, do's and don'ts, sector / industry, personality, interview planning, etc.)
  • Actively promote Eurofins as the employer of choice: agree on how Eurofins can become even more of an employer of choice.

 Qualification & experience required:

  • Personal Skills:
    • High energy, passionate, enthusiastic, action-oriented, rigorous, strong interpersonal skills, taking initiatives, numerate with strong business acumen, fast thinker, eager to learn, results-driven, thinking strategically, yet understanding details.
      Able to identify the best talent for Eurofins, understanding quickly the Eurofins DNA and able to bring the Eurofins growth story to candidates.
  • Initial Education Background:
    • Preferably Master's Degree, concluded with excellent results.
  • Language skills and level expected:
    • English should be fluent. French and/or Dutch are a plus.
  • Type and duration of previous experience:
    • 5 to 10 years professional experience in a executive search firm, with a focus on middle and senior management.
  • Technical knowledge (e.g. IT…):
    • Good understanding of Business Principles, Excellent user of MS Office & Strong numeracy.
  • Management capabilities:
    • Good Communication and Presentational skills.
