Eurofins Dr. Specht GLP, Germany
Following on from our press release in 2009, Eurofins Dr. Specht GLP moved into their new facility during January 2010 and now comprises 1100m2 state-of-the-art laboratory and office premises. This increase in space, plus the employment and integration of ten additional staff (three study directors, two QA, three laboratory technicians, two administrative positions) in practice means a duplication of the lab’s capacity.
Eurofins Dr. Specht GLP is happy to offer its expanded capabilities to sponsors, enabling a faster turnaround of studies and a higher flexibility to sponsor requests. All points of contact and the physical address remain the same as before.

2010 Potato Blight Demonstration - Eurofins Agroscience Services Ltd, UK
The Eurofins Agroscience Services potato demonstration event has been running for over 10 years and has grown in popularity - it is now considered to be one of the premier events in the potato calendar in the UK, attracting visitors from all over the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.
The aim of the Event is simple - The potato site consists of a number of trials for different companies. Some of the trials are development trials, some are for demonstrating. The companies liaise with EAS Group to select an appropriate date for the event, usually late August, when the potato industry, advisors, growers, distributors, end users are invited to attend and look at the company’s products and potato blight programmes that they are recommending. This year we welcome back our existing clients many of whom will all be demonstrating their potato blight portfolio’s to the potato industry, and all visitors.
For more information on our potato blight trials, or if you would like to take part, please contact Dr. Owen Scrimshaw; owen.scrimshaw@eurofinsagro.com
