Interest in the processing of crops has increased since legal stipulations became more stringent.  With the demands of EU, OECD, CEB, OEPP, EPPO and AFNOR guidelines on compliance to GLP and GEP rules becoming ever more stringent, there is now more emphasis on this type of study.
