Interest in the processing of crops has increased since legal stipulations became more stringent.  With the demands of EU, OECD, and EPA guidelines on compliance to GLP and GEP rules becoming ever more stringent, there is now more emphasis than ever on this type of study.

 

In response, Eurofins Agroscience Services has developed in house expertise:

  • Assigned food technologists for monitoring the food processing phase
  • Invested in new food processing machinery to offer a GLP compliant Processing Laboratory following industrial techniques

This provides a unique strength - a link between field phase, food processing phase and analytical phase and the control of the shipments between the trial sites to ensure compliance with specific shipment and storage requirements.

Eurofins Agroscience Services has performed several hundred processing studies in total on a huge variety of crops including:
