Training and Knowledge Exchange
This August, colleagues from EAS Brazil welcomed the EAS team from Chile!
Chilean Principal Researchers Agustin San Pedro and Francisco Delgado enjoyed varied training on:
- GLP norms for residue trials
- Operational procedures
- Field management and trials execution
- Use of ESM and FERN
- Sample processes and homogenization
- Specific requirements from customers for projects’ execution
- Data reporting
- Quality assurance
Knowledge exchange and transfer was key to this visit, with the team from Chile gaining deeper understanding of the team and structure of the Brazilian analytical laboratory and field station located in São Paulo State.
As expected, the outcome of this internal event is that the EAS team from Chile returns home fully refreshed on GLP residue trial procedures and harmonized methods, focusing on delivering high quality data to clients, whilst the Brazilian team enjoyed networking and learnings from Chilean colleagues.

The training was delivered by colleagues Ana Maria Correia, Tamyris Raulli, Tais Orlandini, Guilherme Carrara and Mariana Doro, all based at EAS Group's Sao Paulo lab and field location.
