New Managing Director appointed at Eurofins Selcia

We are pleased to announce that Chris Winfield has taken up the role of Managing Director for Eurofins Selcia Limited, part of the Agroscience Group of companies, as of 1st May 2022.

With more than 20 years’ experience in synthetic chemistry research and development, Chris has worked in both technical and management positions during his career at Eurofins Selcia. An experienced radiochemist, Chris has delivered numerous carbon-14 radiolabelling projects for clients across the agrochemical, pharmaceutical and specialty chemicals sectors. For the last 5 years Chris has been Director of Radiochemistry & Analytics, overseeing the delivery of the company’s portfolio of projects and managing a team of talented radiochemists and analysts.

This appointment marks the retirement of Clive Cornell. Clive was the MD of Eurofins Selcia for many years and his dedication to the provision of excellent service was a major contributor to the success of Selcia and EAS Group.

This appointment demonstrates our commitment to strengthening the global management structure, to developing our carbon-14 radiolabelling services, and to continually developing the global portfolio to better respond to our clients’ challenges.
