GLP accreditation for Eurofins Agroscience Services in Argentina

Eurofins Agroscience Services is delighted to announce that GLP (OECD) accreditation for field residue studies has been granted at its facility in Argentina, South America.

Established in 2017, EAS Argentina provides support for the agrochemical, bio-pesticide and seed industry, offering product development and registration services as a complete solution from the field phase through to laboratory analysis. With a multitude of crops and species, historically, Argentina is an important global supplier of food products, taking 11^th place in the global ranking of main agro-industrial product suppliers. The production of grain and fruit are pivotal to this important global position.

The GLP laboratory that supports sample analysis from Argentina and other Latin American countries is located in Brazil. This state of the art facility has a modern build, designed according to the LEAN manufacturing concept. Along with crop residue analysis and bee-related matrices, physico-chemical analysis in pesticide formulations is also conducted from this location which features a large cold chamber for sample storage.

EAS Argentina is part of a global network of our GLP accredited field stations and laboratories, dedicated to conducting studies on product safety and efficacy for both local and global sponsors.
